Q:Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
A:We are a professional prototype maker located in Shenzhen,China.We have our own CNC Machining Centers.
Q:What is your main products?
A:We focus on the production of Die Casting Parts, CNC Machining Parts,CNC Lathe Machining, Stamping Parts, etc.We can do more as long as you need.
Q:How to protect our products, molds and information ?
A:We will sign the confidential contract with customers to protect all the information. Then in the production processing, the documents which customer sent to us will be under control, then engineer team will transfer customer drawing into our format, and send to production department or related for further action. And the molds are dedicated for each client.
Q:ow long will it take to quote the RFQs?
A:Normally, it will take 2-3 days.
Q:How long is your delivery time?
A:Normally, the samples delivery is 10-15 days and the lead time for the official order is 30-45 days.
Q:Do you provide samples?
A:Yes, the samples will be free if the cost is not too high.
Q:How is the guarantee
